Jeremy Renner has recorded a collection of songs marking various milestones in his recovery from the January 1 snowplow accident that left him with life-threatening injuries.

In an Instagram post – see it below – the actor writes, “A collection of music we wrote about different milestones in my journey of recovery since Jan 1st this year. ‘Love and Titanium‘ has been painful, deeply healing, and ultimately cathartic for me to create.

I hope I get the courage to share with you all.” The collection’s title, Love and Titanium, references a comment Renner made to ABC News last spring. “I’ve lost a lot of flesh and bone in this experience,” he said, “but I’ve been refueled and refilled with love and titanium.” Renner, whose many screen credits include the features The Hurt Locker and The Avengers: Endgame as well as his Disney+ documentary series Rennervations, suffered more than 30 broken bones in the accident, which occurred when the actor was run over by his 14-pound snowcat vehicle.

The actor’s previous music releases include the 2019 song “Heaven Don’t Have a Name” and 2020 EP The Medicine. Renner’s Instagram message includes what looks to be an album cover bearing the words “Love And Titanium.” No release date is given, but the word “Soon” appears atop the image.
