Jade Goody spent her finals days still caring for her son, even though she was drained after her ongoing struggle with terminal cancer.The Big Brother star was just 27 when she tragically passed away, leaving her two sons, Bobby and Freddie, behind.The boys, now aged 20 and 19 respectively, were her absolute world - Jade considered them her greatest achievement, despite plenty of her own successes after starring on the hit reality show.

When Jade first found out about her cancer diagnosis, her first thoughts were about her boys - with Jade opting to undergo a painful procedure in a bid to cure her cancer so she could watch Bobby and Freddie grow up, the Mirror reports.

But on Valentine's Day 2009, doctors told Jade her cancer had spread to her liver, bowel and groin, and was now considered terminal.

She was given months to lives, being admitted to a hospice after the drugs she was given caused hallucinations But Jade was thankfully able to return to her Essex home after her dining room was fitted with a hospital bed.
