Dad of three Marvin, who is married to Josie's This Morning colleague, Rochelle Humes, showed off an impressive six pack and rock-hard abs.
Josie is known not to hold back when it comes to what she's thinking, and she didn't disappoint as she commented on Marvin's physique.
She exclaimed: “Bloody hell Marv is that your body? How many times a week do you work out? Jesus!” Marvin laughed back modestly: “Coz I’m not eating babe, I’ve lost a lot of weight.” Later, when Josie visited the Bush Telegraph, she said: “First it was Nigel Farage’s bum, now Marvin’s six pack… loads of surprises.
