Improvements noted at Ayr care home, but more work 'still required' says Care Inspectorate

Improvements to the cleanliness of an Ayrshire care home have been welcomed by a scrutiny body.The Care Inspectorate said Heathfield House Care Home, in Forbes Drive, Ayr, was on track.The watchdog also noted that management and staff teams had “worked hard” to progress with the “outstanding requirements” that were previously placed upon the home.The news follows an unannounced inspection to the home earlier this month.Heathfield House Care Home is registered to care for 88 older people.
