Zachariah Noble has opened up on how he got "body-shamed" during his time on Love Island and amitted "the truth does hurt". Zachariah, 26 shot to fame during his time on the hit ITV dating show this summer and quickly hit it off with Molly Marsh.The pair had a few ups and downs during their time in the villa but things quickly progressed – they finished in fourth place and are now spending their first Christmas together.

Before entering the Love Island villa, Zach had a huge body transformation after he "lost" himself when his basketball career came to an end, neglecting fitness and eating unhealthily.

He went on to lose weight, tone up and looked unrecognisable in throwback snaps showing off his remarkable fitness journey. Speaking exclusively to OK!

the TV star opened up on why he went through the transformation, saying: "I lost myself for a bit after basketball and it was figuring out what to do with myself. "I really let myself go, in my own way and I just remember waking up one day, looking at myself saying 'Zach you need to do something'.
