An application to convert a family home in Sale into a house of multiple occupation (HMO) has been submitted to Trafford council’s planning team.

If approved, the detached house on Hurst Avenue, will have seven individual bedrooms, with its existing layout ‘maintained as much as feasibly possible’.

The property currently has three bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a single bathroom and a store room.
