Former Geordie Shore star Holly Hagan has admitted that she feels like a 'literal zombie' as the new mum struggles with an ongoing battle with sleep deprivation.

Holly, who shares her seven-week-old baby Alpha Jax with footballer husband Jacob Blyth, has been candid with fans about how tough motherhood can be.

She recently shared with her followers that she and her husband have been sleeping in separate bedrooms due to her son keeping them awake all night with 'grunting noises'.

After the couple changed their son's milk to an organic one, they started noticing a "big difference" to his grunting, but despite the improvement, Holly has updated her followers to share that she is still struggling to get any sleep.
