Helen Flanagan has opened up about her health in a new update with fans. The actress recently told how she suffered a 'really scary' breakdown earlier this year that saw her take a break from the spotlight and pull out of her 'dream job'.

Helen, who shot to fame playing Rosie Webster in Coronation Street, opened up in March about what's been going on and told her fans how she'd been struggling with her mental health since before Christmas and then, earlier this year, had a 'bad reaction' to ADHD medication that sent her into 'psychosis'.

Then earlier this month, in her first interview since her health scare, Helen has told the Mirror that she faced an emotional struggle after splitting from footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair after 13 years together.
