In 2007–08, he served for over ten weeks in Helmand, Afghanistan, but was pulled out after an Australian magazine revealed his presence there. He returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment in 2012–13 with the Army Air Corps. He left the army in June 2015.

‘Harry’ and ‘Meghan’ baby names lose popularity amid royal drama: study

They’ve lost more titles.The drama surrounding Prince Harry, 39 and Meghan Markle, 42, has prompted the baby names “Harry” and “Meghan” to decline in popularity in Britain, according to an analysis by the UK-based BabyCentre.“Crashing down from 13th place to number 23, the previously popular name Harry seems to have had a negative reception from parents this year.

Meghan and alternate spelling Megan have also dropped in registrations,” the site wrote, referencing the couple’s “explosive and somewhat controversial” Netflix docuseries “Harry & Meghan” and Harry’s January memoir “Spare.”The Post reached out to reps for the couple for comment.BabyCentre revealed that several of the top baby names of 2023 have been influenced by culture trends and Hollywood happenings.

According to the site, Muhammad continues to reign for boys, while Lily has taken the top spot for girls from Sophia.“Flower names in particular have grown in the hearts of parents, Lily tops the chart at number 1, followed by Jasmine, up 28 places to number 67.

Dahlia also shows budding signs of success, nearly doubling in registrations,” reads the BabyCentre report.The site also noted that several parents have “moved away from the Victorian vintage vibe” in favor of “retro” Gen X names such as John and Sarah, which have jumped to spots 92 and 58, respectively.BabyCentre credits the HBO drama “Succession” for giving a boost to the names Logan, Roman, Frankie, Hugo and even the first ever-registered Kendal.
