East Kilbride author Margaret McDonald will be in town next week to chat about her riveting debut novel Glasgow Boys.The former St Andrew's and St Bride's pupil will be at East Kilbride Central Library on Thursday, October 3 from 6.30 till 7.30 to discuss the inspirations, process and research that went into the book.This tender and heartbreaking coming-of-age tale about love and friendship explores the challenges facing children raised in care as they enter the adult world.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
