James Corden candidly admitted that his trial with diabetes medicine Ozempic in an attempt to lose weight wasn't a hit, indicating the drug didn't quite do the trick for him.The former Late Late Show favourite opened up about his struggles with weight and his recent experimental use of a diabetes drug known to help slim down as a side effect.
Despite giving it a go, James realised his relationship with food was less about hunger, as he jokingly confessed to indulging in a sizable Dairy Milk whilst at a carwash, not because of an empty stomach but for other reasons.
On his Sirius XM segment, James shared: "I tried Ozempic, and it won't be surprising to you when you look at me now, that it didn't really work." Further exploring his eating habits, he revealed: "I tried it for a bit and then what I realised was I was like, 'Oh no, nothing about my eating has anything to do with being hungry.'" Pointing out the inconsistency between appetite and his snacking, James added: "All it does is make you feel not hungry.
But I am very rarely eating [just because I'm hungry]." "You are looking at someone who's eaten a king size, and when I say king size Dairy Milk - one you give someone for Christmas - in a carwash," he laughed.
