Bury-born Gemma and her Strictly Come Dancing star fiance Gorka Marquez welcomed their son Thiago, known as Tio for short, into the world back in July, just over four years after the pair welcomed their first child, Mia.
Gemma, 39, has since been keeping her fans and followers updated on her progress as she returned to working out while also keeping it real on life as a mum-of-two.
