Chase Stokes Talks His Body & Needing to Stay 'Super Lean' for 'Outer Banks'

The 32-year-old actor has starred in the hit series since 2020. He’s set to return alongside his fellow castmates in the fourth season in October.
During a new interview, Chase reflected on keeping fit for the role. He explained how it felt “disrespectful” of him to not take his fitness seriously.
