There are certain foods that you should eat and others you should avoid to cut down fat, according to a nutritional expert.
The guidance comes from Dr Michael Mosley, a doctor and journalist who has written a number of diet books and created The Fast 800 – a diet plan that helps people lose weight quickly.
The medical professional has previously explained how slimmers can lose fat in different ways with his latest advice setting out how you can lose belly fat - one of the most difficult areas to slim.
