Expert shares weight loss advice on 14 foods 'stopping you from losing weight'

Your weight loss journey could be prevented by eating healthy or 'diet' foods, says one weight loss expert. Weight loss specialist Pippa Campbell shared on her blog five reasons you might not be losing weight, from overeating certain fruit to not eating enough protein.
