Ferne, 32, posted a mirror selfie while she was busy in the gym, but took a minute to talk about comparison and wrote: “Comparison is the thief of joy”.The mum-to-be showed off her growing baby bump in a sports bra and some green gym leggings, while she showed off her natural beauty and went makeup-free with her hair tied up and stylishly wore a cap.
Captioned over the selfie, she wrote to fans: “This is your sign to STOP comparing yourself to others on social media.” “Your bodies, your bumps, your relationships, home children, personality, even the way your bloody Instagram looks.” Ferne continued and told followers that “the main thing” to stop making comparisons with, is “where you're at in life in comparison to others".
She said: “Do not measure your life to there’s.They are not you and you are not them. Chances are they will want something you got VICE Versa.” She finished the empowering caption with: “Comparison is the thief of joy." Reality star Ferne, who is already a mum to her five year old daughter Sunday, is the queen of confidence during her second pregnancy as she also told fans earlier this week that she was “in love with her body”.
In the update she donned a black sports bra and matching leggings, along with some fluffy pink slippers, as she smiled as she posed for a mirror selfie.
