Brandi Mallory reportedly died in a Chipotle parking lot in Atlanta after dining at the restaurant. A police report obtained by TMZ allegedly states that Mallory, 40, was last seen on Nov. 8 in police-reviewed surveillance footage as she drove to the Chipotle around 5:53 p.m., entered the eatery, then returned to her vehicle, but never left the parking lot or got back out of her car.
