ok.co.ukEmily Atack has announced the arrival of her first child.The actress and comedian has welcomed a baby son with her boyfriend Dr Alistair Garner, and shared the happy news on social media with fans.
Inbetweeners star Emily, 35, posted a sweet black and white photograph of her and Alistair cradling their newborn son together.
She excitedly told fans on Instagram: "We have a beautiful son. Barney James Garner. All my dreams have come true." The new mum, who shared news of her pregnancy in January, was inundated with congratulatory messages and well wishes from her followers, including fellow celebrities.
Lisa Snowdon penned: "Oh darling Em! Yay! Congratulations to you both. Loads of love and welcome to the world little Barney." Stacey Dooley said: "Yesyesyesyesyesyesyes," with a red heart emoji. "CONGRATULATIONS GUYS WE LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH," Chloe Madeley added, while Sara Davies said: "Congratulations lovely!" Singer Ashley Roberts wrote: "Aww congrats Ems!!!" with a heart emoji.
