Ellie Leach says 'we're back' in big BBC Strictly Come Dancing update
manchestereveningnews.co.ukEllie Leach has told fans 'we're back' as she offered a major Strictly Come Dancing update. The actress revealed she had reunited with Vito Coppola and it appears it wasn't just for a catch-up.
As fans of the BBC One dance contest know, Ellie, 23, and professional dance partner Vito, 31, lifted the coveted glitterball trophy back in December as they were crowned champions of the show's 2023 series following a close finale with Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin and Bobby Brazier and Dianne Buswell.
Ellie's Strictly journey then continued into 2024 as earlier this year, the former Coronation Street star was reunited with Vito and the pair joined a number of their co-stars from the Strictly Come Dancing Live 2024 tour which visited arenas up and down the country. READ MORE: Molly-Mae Hague shares daughter Bambi's 'attachment issues' amid 'moving on' following Tommy Fury split But shortly after the tour, Ellie headed into her next job and made her stage debut in Cluedo 2: The Next Chapter where she continues to star as Miss Scarlett while Vito carried on dancing with a stint on the Strictly Come Dancing The Professionals theatre tour.
However, it appears the pair will soon be back dancing together. Vito took to Instagram on Friday (August 30) with a video of himself and Ellie stretching in their old training room.
