The second week of the sex trafficking trial of Ghislaine Maxwell has brought eight bombshell discoveries to light. Her defence team have suggested her accusers’ memories have been distorted over the years and that Maxwell is being made a scapegoat for her the alleged conduct of her former lover Jeffrey Epstein.

Maxwell is currently on trial accused of preying on vulnerable young girls and luring them to massage rooms to be molested by Epstein between 1994 and 2004.

The British socialite has denied eight counts of sex trafficking and other charges for her alleged part in recruiting and grooming girls for Epstein to abuse between 1994 and 2004.
