Called Silenced No More: Surviving My Journey to Hell and Back, it has been released in the United States to coincide with the ongoing trial of Ghislaine Maxwell.
Sarah’s father is Lord Gordon Macpherson, the second baron of Drumochter, and she moved from South Africa when she was a teenager to live with her aunt and uncle in the Highlands.She is one of Epstein’s most high-profile victims and settled a law suit against Maxwell and him in 2018.
