Rangers' trip to Dundee is OFF after TWO Dens Park pitch inspections 0 the FOURTH time this season. The Dark Blues revealed earlier this morning that they had contacted the SPFL to carry out checks on their home turf due to recent rainfall in the area.

A local match official took to the surface at 9.15am but asked for extra time to make further checks with match official Don Robertson keen to cast his own eye as he made his way to the ground.

That second check took place at 10.15am and after a further look over he has decided the game will NOT go ahead. A statement from The call-off is the latest one to hit Dundee this season with Aberdeen left furious at the end of last year after a match at Dens was called off just 52 MINUTES before the game was due to get underway.

Fans expressed their rage online while club legend Willie Miller also took aim at the late axe live on BBC Sportsound as the news broke.
