Cyriel Dessers insists Rangers are brimming with confidence heading to face Real Betis after his strike sparked a fightback against Dundee. The Nigerian striker smashed home his seventh Gers goal to cancel out the Taysiders’ early opener at Ibrox with Rangers eventually running out 3-1 winners despite having to play the while second half with 10 men after Jose Cifuentes was red carded.
Betis warmed up for the do or die Europa League Group C clash with a home draw against Real Madrid.Rangers know they must win in Seville to top the group - and Dessers reckons they are up for the challenge.
He said: “What I have noticed is that every game at Rangers is a big game but this week in particular is a very special week.
