Conscientious Cambusnethan kids do their bit for the local community during global goals week

Children at Cambusnethan Primary in Wishaw recently took part in a Global Goals week as part of work towards becoming a Silver Rights Respecting School.Each class was given a particular global goal to learn about and were involved in a variety of activities to encourage them to become responsible citizens.The pupils learned about subjects including; life on land, life below water, no poverty, zero hunger, climate change, clean water and sanitation, clean and affordable energy and sustainable cities and communities.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
