Dan Walker's new Channel Five show has been hit with complaints after a production error misnamed the late Tom Parker, who tragically passed away last year from a brain tumour aged 33.The error was made during an emotional interview with Tom's bandmate Siva Kaneswaran, in which he discussed paying tribute to his late friend during his time on Dancing On Ice. During the interview, Siva, 34, held back tears as he told: "I'm getting emotional ten seconds into the interview." He went on to describe how he wanted to deliver a beautiful performance for Tom and create a lasting memory for his wife and children.
