Demi Lovato Will Make Directorial Debut with Hulu Documentary 'Child Star'

Demi Lovato partnered with Hulu to make their directorial debut. The 30-year-old “Still Alive” hitmaker teamed up with the streaming service for an upcoming documentary called Child Star.

Their names have not yet been released. “There is no better film or topic for my directorial debut than this story, which is close to home,” she said in a statement. “Our project sheds light on important messages about growing up in the public eye, learning to protect our boundaries, and becoming active advocates of our own destinies.
