The brothers who founded a group of high-end Chinese restaurants have revealed plans to expand overseas and open two new Manchester sites under different brands over the next 12 months.
Adam and Drew Jones, who opened the doors of their first Tattu restaurant in Manchester's Spinningfields in 2015, have targeted Dubai and Saudi Arabia as possible destinations for the brand's first international offering, with the US also forming part of the long-term plan.
The pair have vowed to not open a new Tattu in the UK, saying doing so would dilute the brand and make it more like a commercial chain.
But they have also revealed plans to open two new restaurants in Manchester under new brands in the next year, employing 200 people between them.
