Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens, and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. He took charge of his family's real-estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded its operations from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan.

The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. Forbes estimates his net worth to be $3.1 billion.

Body found in search for wife of rugby legend who went missing after wild swimming

A body has been found in the search for Jennifer Hastings, the wife of Scottish rugby great Scott Hastings who was reported missing after she went swimming at Wardie Bay in Edinburgh, Scotland on Tuesday (September 3).

An official statement from Police Scotland released this afternoon (Saturday, September 7) said that while formal identification was yet to take place, Jennifer's family had been informed.The statement said: "Around 3.20pm on Saturday, 7 September, 2024, the body of a woman was found in the Hound Point area of South Queensferry.

Formal identification is yet to take place but the family of missing woman Jenny Hastings has been informed.There do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal." Jenny was reported missing after going for a wild swim in Wardie Bay in Edinburgh last Tuesday.The Maritime and Coastguard Agency said it received a “report of concern” at about 2.45pm, and a helicopter, coastguard rescue teams, lifeboats and other nearby vessels all took part in a search.

However the agency said the search failed to find anything, and was called off at 8.20pm that evening. Jenny's family, including her husband Scott, a former Scotland rugby union player, also released a statement. “As many of you know Jenny struggled with her mental health for a number of years and ultimately she was unable to cope on this occasion," the statement said. “It appears that she wished to end her suffering in what was a regular and healing place for her.
