The BBC One dance competition's judge was sharing a tribute to her late brother David on what would have been his 65th birthday.
Shirley has been a public supporter of charities including Campaign Against Living Miserably (Calm) after her brother, David, took his own life.
She has spoken about the impact the loss has had on her as well as their mother and their family over the years. In her latest social media post, Shirley shared a picture of a young David as well as photos of him from throughout the years before his tragic passing. "Today would have been my darling brother David’s 65th birthday," she started the caption of her post.
