After viewers were left concerned about his appearance, they rushed online to express their worries. Although the presenter visited Trent Valley during the episode, it seemed people were more interested in a large scratch that spanned across his entire cheek.
However, Adam didn't address it, which left viewers even more confused. One person said: "Ouch! That looks mega sore. Hope Adam is okay?
I wonder what happened to him," while another wrote: "Has Adam been kicked in the face by a rare breed #Countryfile." A third then commented: "I hope Adam's alright but he could have mentioned the huge gash in his face.
