All aboard the bike bus for safer travel to school for Shotts pupils

School kids in Shotts are being given the opportunity of cycling to school safely as part of a new bike bus project being launched in the town.The GBT Bike Bus will give the children the opportunity to pedal or scoot to school as part of larger group, allowing them to travel the road route in relative safety.Pupils at Stane Primary, Dykehead Primary and St Patrick’s Primary can get involved on specific days of the week – on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, respectively.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
