Adam Thomas has been seen cuddling up to his children in an adorable snap after making an admission amid his health struggle.

The Waterloo Road actor is often open and honest with his fans and followers about his journey following an arthritis diagnosis.

Adam first opened up about his arthritis diagnosis last year after he was revealed to be taking part in Strictly Come Dancing 2023.

He shared at the time how he'd been told he had rheumatoid arthritis but he has since told how his initial diagnosis has been changed, saying in January on Loose Women that he's got Psoriatic arthritis.
