Despite Laura's attempts to draw them in with the property's ready-to-move-in condition and stunning panoramic views, Vida remained unimpressed, even as Laura jokingly forbade them from admiring the view too early, saying "you're not allowed" to peek just yet.

Their happiness was through the roof when their revised offer of £302,500 was accepted, securing them their new home for over £100,000 under their maximum budget.
