A Place in the Sun presenter walks off minutes into show after buyer's unexpected reaction

A brief house search almost came to an early finish on A Place in the Sun as presenter Ben Hillman walked off and shouted his goodbyes just minutes into Tuesday's episode of the Channel 4 show.The presenter was on hand to assist Liv from Wiltshire in finding her dream holiday home as she searched for a property on the west coast of Cyprus with a budget of £87,000 and the help from her good pal Daisy.The 20-year-old said she also had to consider her boyfriend when making her final purchase as she said she would ideally like a two-bedroom modern apartment that was close to the sea and had a communal pool.

There was some leeway in the budget for a few thousand pounds, taking Liv's overall budget to £90,000, the Express reports.The first home that Ben introduced was a two-bedroom apartment in Argaka for £83,000 that boasts a balcony with a great view, a decent sized living area as well as bright and modern décor.Walking into the living room, Liv exclaimed: "It is completely what I'm looking for." Ben jokingly pretended to walk away as he said: "See you later!" before turning back around to the girls and saying: "What a great start."Later as the girls stood on the balcony, they said the place was "beautiful" as Daisy added: "I think you've won with this one."Ben asked: "Have I found you your perfect property?" to which the buyer's friend replied: "You've found me my perfect holiday home!"
