According to Pinkett Smith, the entire rumor was based on a “money shakedown.” “And this is a person that tried a shakedown,” Pinkett Smith continued on “The Breakfast Club’s” latest episode. “A money shakedown that didn’t work.”Pinkett Smith claims that Bilaal reportedly started the rumor because he was upset with the “Emancipation” star for allegedly not paying him properly for his help on Will’s 2021 book. “It’s based around this person’s idea that they, in some way, were doing business around Will’s book, and that they spent money, or what have you, and that they needed to be compensated.
