Whitney Rose Talks Filming 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' Without Jen Shah

While Whitney, 36, and fellow OGs Heather Gay, Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks, and Mary Cosby are all returning, Jen Shah will not be appearing in the new season, since she is currently in prison.
In a new interview, Whitney revealed what it was like filming the new season without Jen. Keep reading to find out more… “I will say that season four kind of goes back to the original OG Salt Lake City roots,” Whitney shared on the Two Ts In A Pod podcast. “It very much is like season one in that the fights are lighter,” Whitney continued. “They’re just as dramatic but we’re not fighting over you know…” “Someone who’s going to prison,” host Tamra Judge chimed in. Whitney then said that “having Jen gone is like a breath of fresh air.” “Honestly, it was so much easier,” Whitney continued. “I think it just felt weird not having her because she’s been an OG.” She added, “We built the show with her.
But I don’t think we missed her in the sense of toxicity — like we were able to all bond in a different way and get to know each other on a deeper level and that was nice.
