dailyrecord.co.ukAn Uddingston school has recently received a positive report from Education Scotland.A team of inspectors made a visit to St John the Baptist Primary and noted that there was “warm and nurturing relationships” which created a happy and inclusive community of faith and learning.The report also highlighted that the pupils were “welcoming, friendly and polite” and that they were “proud of their school, keen to learn and engage well with their learning activities”.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

Staff, parents and partners consistently support us and work very effectively with us, to achieve positive outcomes.“We look forward to continuing to build our community of faith and learning.”Inspectors also noted that staff worked effectively to support children’s learning and wellbeing needs, and the senior team at the school monitored the health and wellbeing of the pupils.Staff will continue to find other ways to increase the involvement of the whole school
