Sarah shared the touching story of her teddy bear, which had been her steadfast friend during her health battles, revealing she was diagnosed with Spina bifida and Hydrocephalus as an infant, reports the Express.
The teddy, which had been by her side for hospital visits from a young age during times when her parents couldn't stay with her was now in a state of disrepair, lacking eyes and held together by tape and bandages, as noted by Julie.
