Julie and Amanda have been on The Repair Shop since it started in 2017. Although they're always seen together, they're not related but are close friends who love restoring toys.They also spend a lot of time together outside work as they run a business together.They caught the attention of BBC bosses for The Repair Shop because of their workshop, Bear It In Mind.The Southampton-based business, which they started in 2006, repairs and cares for needy toys.
