Talented schoolchildren's winning designs for this year's North Lanarkshire Council Christmas cards

Seven schoolchildren used their considerable creative talents to design this year’s North Lanarkshire Council Christmas cards.Schools from across the authority area were invited to put together cards this year, with the winning entries being sent to businesses, organisations and charities across the UK and beyond.The successful designs were chosen from pupils at Airdrie's Golfhill Primary, Knowetop Primary in Motherwell, Tannochside Primary in Uddingston, Auchinloch Primary, Newarthill Primary, Morningside Primary and Kilsyth's St Patrick’s Primary.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

North Lanarkshire provost Kenneth Duffy told Lanarkshire Live : “We have some really gifted young people in our schools and the designs for this year’s cards have been outstanding."It was difficult for the judging panel to select the winners as there were so many brilliant entries."Well done to everyone who took part.
