T.I. and Tiny Sued For Allegations of Sexual Assault in Graphic Lawsuit
variety.comThania Garcia T.I. and his wife Tiny Harris are being accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman they allegedly lured into a Los Angeles hotel room in 2005.
In the complaint filed Tuesday in Los Angeles, and first reported by Rolling Stone, a Jane Doe accuser claims she met the reality TV stars, T.I. (Clifford Harris) and Tiny (Tameka Harris), at a nightclub where Tiny fed her a spiked drink.
She alleges they then brought her back to their hotel where they sexually assaulted her. The suit describes the plaintiff as being in her early twenties when the assault happened and asserts she was serving in the U.S.
Air Force at the time. After allegedly being introduced to the couple by an associate named “Caviar,” whom she had met at the house of the rapper Coolio, the plaintiff says she was separated from her group and ended up alone with T.I., Tiny and two other women who were ultimately asked to leave.
