Suspect charged with murder after man, 37, dies at house in Cheshire
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA suspect has been charged with murder after the death of a man at a house in Northwich. Police and paramedics were called to an incident at a property on Brook Lane on September 28.
Emergency crews attended however the victim, now named as 37-year-old David Eaton, was pronounced dead at the scene after being found with serious injuries.
Matthew Higgins, 35, also of Brook Lane, Northwich, was arrested by police and has since been charged with murder and assaulting an emergency worker. A 41-year-old woman who was also arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on conditional bail. Investigations remain ongoing.
