eBay has announced a major change after with fees for private sellers across almost all of its categories to be scrapped. It comes after the online store introduced free fashion selling earlier in the year and amid increasing competition from rival sites such as Depop and Vinted.
It means seller will no longer have to pay final value or regulatory operating fees on items except for cars, motorcycles and other vehicles.
After waiving seller fees for fashion goods in April, eBay saw a significant increase in listings, particularly for sought-after items like jeans, shirts, and dresses. READ MORE: What is monkey dust?
The drug wreaking havoc along the M6 A survey for the site suggested an estimated 294 million unused items across the UK could generate £9 billion in resale income, with half of households (50%) valuing their unused items at between £50 and £300.
