BBC star Adam Thomas delighted fans when he shared a sneak peak of what's going on behind the scenes of Strictly Come Dancing ahead of launch night.The Emmerdale actor uploaded a picture to his Instagram followers of himself and some of those joining him for the dance competition this year.He posted a very sweaty group snap in what appears to be post-rehearsals with the stage in the background.In the picture Adam posed holding up peace signs with a water bottle in his hand alongside presenter Angela Scanlon, Coronation Street's Ellie Leach, Love Island star Zara McDermott, radio host Nikita Kanda and comedian Eddie Kadi."What a day spent with this beautiful lot," the former Emmerdale actor captioned the photo alongside a series of dancing emojis and a red love heart.

He also later shared a snap with EastEnders legend Nigel Harman as the pair sported their spray tans.He captioned the funny snap: "Did someone say spray tan!!!

And so it begins... having the best time," alongside a dancing emoji and heart as the pair beamed widely at the camera.It comes as the 35-year-old, who also starred in Waterloo Road, revealed he has been suffering from chronic condition rheumatoid arthritis that can cause him pain most days.He was flooded by support from his loyal fleet of fans, and has been sharing updates on how he continues to stay fighting fit and 'positive' ahead of battling it out for his place in the BBC competition.Sharing a very 'rare' topless photo of himself, Adam shared that swimming has been a major factor in helping him manage the condition."A very rare sight … me with my top off !

But I need to get comfortable feeling uncomfortable!," Adam wrote."Am not in the best shape of my life but,I could be worse.
