Strictly's Janette Manrara and Gemma Atkinson gave birth within a matter of weeks of each other and wasted no time getting their littles one together for a gorgeous playdate.

Clearly supporting each other through the first few months, the new mums got together on Tuesday, 19 September, to introduce the "almost birthday twins" for the first time.

Former Hollyoaks actress Gemma, 38, delivered baby Thiago, on 17 July, just a few days before professional dancer Janette, 39, gave birth to baby girl Lyra, on 28 July.

Janette, who is married to fellow Strictly star Aljaž Škorjanec, 33, and Gemma took their little ones out for a bite to eat, with the dancer later sharing an adorable set of photos of the special outing.
