Gemma Atkinson has shared the 'silver lining' in Gorka Marquez's exit from Strictly Come Dancing as she speaks out after missing the results playing out.

The Hits Radio host was actually out with her fiance at the Pride of Britain Awards when the results show aired on Sunday night (October 8).

Gorka was paired with Nikita Kanda following his return to the BBC One dance contest for the 2023 series. However, after making it all the way to the final last year, it wasn't meant to be this year and Gorka and BBC Asian Network presenter Nikita bowed out of the ballroom during Sunday night's results show (October 8).

The couple landed in the dreaded dance-off for a second consecutive week after surviving the first elimination of the series when they went up against entertainer Les Dennis and his dance partner Nancy Xu.
