Strictly Come Dancing's Nikita Kuzmin's hidden health 'superpower' and why dance show 'changed everything'

But what do we know about Nikita? To start, he's 25 and a professional dancer who was born in Ukraine and moved to Italy with his family at the age of nine with his parents Natalia and Ievgen Kuzmin and his older sister Anastasia, who is also a dancer and appears on the Italian version of Strictly, Ballando con le Stelle.
Speaking of his family and home city of Kyiv, in 2022, Nikita spoke about his fears for his loved ones amid the Ukraine-Russia war.
Speaking on Loose Women, he said that many of his extended family - including his grandparents, aunts and uncles - were trapped in the war-torn nation.
