Matthew Kelly has confessed that he wishes he'd been more prudent with his money during the peak of his career.The 74-year-old TV legend, who reportedly 'made a fortune' as the host of ITV's talent show Stars in Their Eyes in the 90s, is still a working actor today as he enjoys his "champagne taste on a lemonade budget".

Matthew hosted the iconic ITV reality singing show between 1993 and 2004 after taking over from Russ Abbot, who was brought in on a temporary contract after original host Leslie Crowther was injured in a car crash in late 1992.
