Shotts woman burst police officer's nose during fight in Wishaw Main Street

A woman who burst a police officer's nose has been ordered to do 180 hours of unpaid community work. Caitlin Henderson, 22, of Torbothie Road, Shotts, was also placed under social work supervision for a year when she appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court.

She admitted assaulting the female officer to her injury and impairment in Main Street, Wishaw, on December 17, 2022. The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
