The 44-year-old said he "smashed" his knee during an intimate group sex clip when a co-star grabbed him.McAvoy recalled the ordeal during filming his new upcoming thriller Turn Up The Sun.
The Glasgow-born actor fell to the ground and he badly hurt his knee after someone took hold of his neck to start biting it."I just did an improvised film which was shot in six days and it's quite dark and sexual," The X-Men star said.
